Personal training Plan
Personal trainers is a great way to kick start your health journey. When you are in doubt what to do at the gym, personal trainers can guide you through the basic exercises if you are a beginner. Make sure that the exercises you are doing are done correctly together with your personal trainer. Achieve better results and avoid injuries.
Group trainings plan
Our group trainings are held online via Zoom. Our classes have the capacity of max 10 people, so that we can provide everyone feedback and so that you are able to enjoy working out in a team. Group trainings are fun and a social way how to work out. You can also follow XBurningClub community by joining it on our website.
